A helping hand

Rebekah's lifestyle tip : A helping hand

As a busy Mum there is nothing to be ashamed of in asking for help. Do you have a friend you could ask for support, or a member of your family? It's important to take advantage of any help available, so you still have the energy to have fun with your family. It's great to have someone available to babysit every now and then as well, so you can take time out to be with your partner or friends.

Good tip. I really need to start asking for help when I get stressed out.

This is a really great tip for Mums. We shouldn't feel like we are failing if we ask for help. In fact, it shows that we understand the importance of keeping a healthy balance in our lives.

Always put myself out to help people but find more than often they then disappear into the woodwork..
