Juliette's nutrition tip : A little of what you fancy

It's easy to over doing it when you eat out – but this can put a huge strain on your digestive system, leaving you feeling bloated and uncomfortable. Remember, you don't have to sample every item on offer, eat everything on your plate or go for all three courses. For example, have a starter or dessert, but not both. Or if you really fancy three courses, choose two starters and have one of them for your main course.

Really only wanted a main meal but as you do went for a starter and a bottle of wine on friday. Now I've put a couple of pound back on. learnt my lesson.x

i normally just have the main course, not a fan of desserts and if i have a starter i can't eat all the main course
