Yes, I have started reading labels too. You would be surprised at how often sugar seems to find its way into most foods we buy!

I do try to read food labels as when buying food I like to know what is going inside. Another tip for you - read the labels of bottled water and compare the salt content as some have much higher salt content then others! *Kat

this is great found out that gelatine (animal product) was in a lot of stuff - i'm vegetarian so this is a great help
