Cream cheese and cucumber bagel with soup

Cut 1 wholegrain bagel in half and fill it with 2 tbsp of low-fat soft cheese and some sliced cucumber. Serve with a bowl of fresh tomato soup. Plus 1 apple and 8 unsalted almonds.
