Baked apple, walnuts & yogurt

Baked apple with walnuts and Activia Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Remove the cores from 4 large cooking apples and place in a shallow dish. Mix together 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 50g chopped walnuts and ½ tsp of ground cinnamon and use the mixture to fill the apples. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the dish and bake for around 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender. Pour 2 x125g pots of Activia Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt into a jug and serve with the apples.

Well yes, very good. But forget the fat free yogurt and have yummy custard instead. Made with fat free milk if it eases the conscience
