I do find eating oats a little like chewing on cardboard but adding Activia pouring yogurt, a variety of fruit and a little honey just to sweeted them up has given this very healthy breakfast a completely new lift for me. Give it a try!

Oats are great for breakfast, especially in the cold mornings! To keep them interesting try experimenting with different types of fruit. Instead of banana you could use some sliced berries or a couple of chopped figs for variation. Enjoy!
