not used to beans on toast for breakfast but im willing to give it a go.

I start the day with approx 300 g of blended mixed fresh fruit plus 16 almonds so that it doesn't react with carbohydrates and proteins. I love beans on toast as a quick, easy lunch - tasty and satisfying. I always have yogurt in the fridge and fig is one of my favourites. JJ

There is not a lot you can say about beans on toast, except that it is satisfying and enjoyable. I had this for lunch
