Juliette's nutrition tip : Best served hot

Serve hot meals in bowls rather than on plates so the food stays hotter for longer. This will help you to eat more slowly, which is great news for your digestive system. Taking longer to eat meals also allows time for your tummy to tell your brain that you're full (they talk to each other, you know!) so you're less likely to have a second helping.

Works well with pasta/ rice dishes. Use bowls for salad too and try to put down cutlery between mouthfulls too.
