BLT bagel with Activia Fat Free Mandarin yogurt

Grill 50g of healthy-eating lean back bacon until crispy. When the bacon is cooked, toast 1 wholegrain bagel, cut it in half, and spread with 1 tsp of light mayo. Then fill the bagel with the bacon, shredded lettuce and 1 sliced tomato. Plus a 125g pot of Activia Fat Free Mandarin Yogurt.

I really like this and it kept me feeling full for quite a while.

This breakfast works better for me as a weekend brunch. It's also much quicker and healthier than having a full on fry-up!

it was really filling but replaced the bagel by having it on warburtons thins really yum yum
