Travel a different way to work as this will make a change to your normal routine and make it feel more adventurous. If you usually get public transport or drive, why not try cycling if you have a bicycle? Or if you don't live too far away then why not walk? You could also do something new while you travel, so if you're walking you could download a song from an artist you've never heard of before to listen to as you walk. Or if you're getting the train or the bus for a change, why not buy a magazine you've never bought before and read it on the way.

I walk every day to work, 30-40 minutes walk, much better than having to take the bus, also in Winter!!!! though looking forward to Spring time!!!
