Skipping breakfast is a surefire way to leave you with a rumbling tummy so make time to enjoy a quick breakfast every day. Studies repeatedly show that women who skip breakfast can find it harder to control their weight, too, probably because they make up for it by eating more later in the day.

i always try not to eat breakfast because i have to get ready for school and i also wake up a little too late sometimes so i don't have time to eat breakfast but because of this i will try to make time int he morning to eat breakfast !
