Broccoli & walnut tagliatelle

Broccoli and walnut tagliatelle

Cook 75g of tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet, then drain. Steam a handful of broccoli florets. Mix the tagliatelle and broccoli with 4 tbsp of low-fat soft cheese with garlic and herbs, and 6 crushed walnut halves. Heat for 2-3 minutes and serve with a salad.

This was lovely! i eat things like this often anyway, but it was really nice to have the garlic and herbs cheese in it to add extra flavour. I had cashews instead of walnuts.

Changed the recipe a little bit (added pesto and pepper instead of garlic and herbs.) It left me feeling full but not bloated :)

Sounds nice, though I'll modify a few things. One I'll use cashews in place of walnuts, and two, wholewheat dry spaghetti insted of tagliatelle. I'll let you know how is turns out. Should be yummy.
