I like this idea of eating in season, it seems much more with natural. Any good seasonal recipes out there?

This time of year our gardens can be bursting with courgetttes, beans, potatoes, peas and all sorts of salad too! Buying a packet of seeds is so much cheaper than the full grown items in your local supermarket! And it is so rewarding too. It's a great way for making sure you eat your 5 a day - and if you've got kids its so educational for them - and encourages them to eat fresh fruit and veg too! *Susannah
