Juliette's nutrition tip : Change your hot drink

If you can't resist biscuits with your morning or afternoon cuppa then it's worth looking at changing your drink. Swapping coffee or tea for a herbal or fruit tea or a glass of sparkling water may be all it takes to help you break the biscuit habit. As well as breaking the connection, they don't taste as good together either.

gonna try and limit to 1 coffee a day and I always drink peppermint tea, this doesnt matter if it goes cold, it tastes just as good !!

I put lemon in my hot water in the morning, but I'm liking the look of fresh raspberries. I think any fresh fruit would work either in hot water or most herbal teas. Enjoy.

Drink a lot of water,or sometimes green tea.

Not a great lover of water, but had 3 glasses of sparking water in place of my coffee and a cup of herbal after lunch.
