In a non-metallic bowl, mix together 160g of Activia Natural Yogurt with curry powder to taste and a little lemon juice. Add 2 x 125g skinless chicken breasts, cover, refrigerate and leave for as long as possible, preferably overnight. Dice 1 small red onion and 2 tomatoes and mix together with a handful of chopped fresh coriander. When ready to eat, grill the chicken for around 10–15 minutes until cooked through, then slice. Warm 4 flatbreads. Place 2 flatbreads on each plate, top with the chicken and tomato salad, wrap up and serve immediately. Follow with 1 pear per person.

Hi Mary - flatbreads are unleavened bread - a bit like a Naan bread or Pitta Bread (without the yeast). They are very plain - made from flour and water. You can get them from most supermarkets or if you're feeling really creative then why not make your own! It's well worth trying this recipe - it's one of my favourites! :) *Susannah
