Brush a 125g skinless chicken breast with olive oil, season and grill until it's cooked through, then slice diagonally. Meanwhile, cook 70g wholewheat pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions, rinse under cold water to cool, then drain. Mix the cooked pasta with 3 chopped spring onions, a handful of watercress and 2tbsp tzatzki and season with black pepper. Top with the chicken and serve. Treat yourself to a pear for dessert.

why i was out shopping i picked chicken pasta salad up,, and had a activia for after,,was very nice,
