Thats a lot of calories, don't ususally have that much at breakfast. I eat porridge but made with water and the yoghurt and fruit I usually eat with my lunch!!

This simple twist definitely makes porridge a lot more interesting! It's great with any of the other flavoured fat free yogurts too.
