Creamy apricot porridge with hazelnuts and Activia Fat Free Mango Yogurt

Make a bowl of porridge according to the manufacturer's instructions, using 4 level tbsp oats and 275ml semi-skimmed milk. Top it with a 125g pot Activia Fat Free Mango Yogurt, 2 chopped dried apricots and 1tsp chopped hazelnuts.

A lot of calories, but nice

Thats a lot of calories, don't ususally have that much at breakfast. I eat porridge but made with water and the yoghurt and fruit I usually eat with my lunch!!
