Writing things down can help you unwind and it’s a great way to explore your creativity at the same time. Obviously there’s a wide range of choices as to what you write – you could start with thought pieces, fictional stories, or factual writing. Whatever you choose, the best way to start is to carry a notebook around with you, so that when you get ideas or see things that interest you, you can jot them down and play around with them later.
If you can't face an endless diet of lettuce leaves and a boring treadmill to get you feeling fit and healthy for the party season, the TLC Plan from Activia is for you.

Hello, this is Helen from Activia. Creative writing is a really cathartic activity that many of us enjoyed as children, but then life often gets in the way! Embrace your inner child and put pen to paper, and you'll feel much better for it :)

Great idea to keep you sane - if you have a lot of time on your own this can keep your mind occupied and is a good way to justify simply being you...too many people think this is silly but on the contrary it is very healthy for the mind. I am starting now!
