Good old dairy products such as milk, cheese and yogurt are packed with nutrients, such as protein and calcium and are an important part of a healthy, balanced diet. Protein is important for growth and repair of cells whilst calcium helps keep strong bones and teeth. Choose low-fat varieties though. Good options include semi-skimmed, 1% fat or skimmed milk, low-fat or fat-free yogurts and reduced-fat cheeses. They're not only tasty, but good for you too!

I've drank skimmed milk for years and recently started drinking semi skimmed milk and now skimmed milk seems like it is barely milk at all! As Juliette says semi skimmed is still a good option..so going to stick with that!

I always drink skimmed milk, prefer low fat cheeses such as Ricotta and eat Activia yogurts which are also very low in fat. This is definitely one tip I am on top of!
