Don't skip meals

Skipping meals means you'll almost certainly over-compensate at your next meal by eating more food, more quickly. And eating quickly means you'll be far more likely to end up feeling over full, uncomfortable and with a bloated tum. Aim for three meals and two snacks, even if you are in a rush. Try and eat a balanced diet of carbs, fruit & veg, proteins and low fat dairy. If you maintain a healthy and balanced diet you'll be on your way to a terrific tummy in no time at all.
