How about trying some gardening? If you don't have a garden of your own, no problem, you could grow flowers in pots on a windowsill, create an indoor herb garden, or even find a local allotment if you're feeling super keen. Immersing yourself in nature is incredibly good for you as you're out in the fresh air (hopefully in the sunshine), creating something you can actually eat or that's beautiful to look at. Maybe even grow your own mint plant, as mint teas are delicious and very calming your tummy.
If you can't face an endless diet of lettuce leaves and a boring treadmill to get you feeling fit and healthy for the party season, the TLC Plan from Activia is for you.
Our experts in nutrition, fitness and lifestyle have created tasty recipes, fun fitness videos and useful lifestyle tips. They're designed to help you and your tummy feel good in a way that you'll really enjoy.
have decided a walk today as the garden is covered in snow. Shoveled snow from front of house - that counts too

I find gardening a real help. Its very cold today but the temperature is above zero, so I am going to have a quick zap of some weeds. Hopefully the very cold nights which are forecast will kill some of them off!

Not only is it healthier to eat your own fruit and veg, but as Rebekah points out by doing all that need to be done in order to grow it, you'll also feel better for it too!

Having an indoor herb garden this time of year is such a good idea. Great to add flavour to winter stews and soups. Most herbs will thrive inside in a sunny position.

Basil and Mint are windowsill herb staples of mine, but Rocket! I hadn't thought of growing that before. Must try it! Thanks for the tip :)
