Low in calories and full of different vitamins and minerals, fruits are also a source of fibre, which helps to keep a healthy tum. They fill us up so we're less likely to turn to fatty and sugary snacks. Try creating new habits. For example, put at least one piece of fruit such as an apple or a banana into your handbag everyday. Add a tablespoon of dried fruit to your bowl of cereal in the morning or swap your afternoon cup of tea for a glass of fruit juice.
