Cook a 600g pack of gnocchi according to the pack instructions, then drain. Then steam 2 handfuls of broccoli florets and chop 4 x 100g pre-cooked skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Mix the gnocchi, chicken and broccoli together with 1 large jar of ready-made tomato sauce. Heat through until cooked and divide between 4 plates. Top each plate with 1 tbsp of grated Parmesan and serve with salad. Finish with 1 bowl of fruit salad per person.
