Cut down on caffeine by having less cola, coffee and tea and instead try peppermint or chamomile tea. They're known for helping to soothe the digestive system and ease tummy troubles like excess wind.

Good tip. I usually substitute a cup of normal tea for a herbal tea or even a decaf.

I have Raynards and have been told to avoid cafine. Fell much better when I drink herbal tea to regular tea.

I am allergic to milk so herbal and fruit teas are far better than black coffee all the time

I go through phases of being a regular expresso drinker, to being hooked on Peppermint tea! Must say I feel much better when I kick out the caffeine :)
