Im a coffee addict so this was strange for me but enjoyed it, didnt need the biscuit I would normally have with a coffe

Having hot water an lemon in the morning. followed by a detox herbal tea. Manage to limit to one coffee in the morning. Then one tea in the afternoon. Drinking water in between times and redbush tea! and green tea!
