Juliette's nutrition tip : Grazing is good

Did you know that digesting and absorbing food burns up around 10 per cent of the calories you eat each day? Well now you do! .So the more times you eat, the more calories you should burn. Meanwhile, constantly eating big meals means your digestive system has to work extra hard to process all that food – which can cause gas and wind. So stick to three average sized meals and two snacks rather than three big meals each day.

Don't know about anyone else but this tip makes me very happy! I love food and the thought that you can burn calories from eating makes me grin from ear to ear! :-)
