Greek dips with pitta

Serve 2 wholemeal pittas with 4 tbsp of hummus, 4 tbsp of tzatziki and some vegetable crudités. Make these from 1 celery stick, half a green pepper and a 5 cm piece of cucumber. Have 1 small banana for dessert.

quite filling even with only 1 pitta bread

Lunch was really lovely. I didn't have the tzatziki and only had 2 tbsp of hummus as I'm trying to lose some weight.
