Greek dips with pitta

Serve 2 wholemeal pittas with 4 tbsp of hummus, 4 tbsp of tzatziki and some vegetable crudités. Make these from 1 celery stick, half a green pepper and a 5 cm piece of cucumber. Have 1 small banana for dessert.

Hummus with carrot batons was a filling healthy meal.

I had never tried hummus before, i got the sweet chilli flavour and it was lovely. I have it a lot now with wholemeal pitta bread. Mmmmmm.
