Chop a 5cm piece of cucumber, 1 tomato, ½ green pepper and ½ small red onion. Mix together with 5 olives, ½ small can tuna in water (drained) and drizzle with white wine vinegar. Make a tzatziki dip: Grate a 5cm piece of cucumber and squeeze to remove the excess water. Crush 1 clove garlic. Mix 125g Activia Natural Yogurt with the grated cucumber, crushed garlic, lemon juice to taste and black pepper. Serve with 2 thick slices wholegrain bread. Plus a bowl of fruit salad made from 2 handfuls each of blueberries and raspberries and 1 orange.

Oh this was amazing!So much in it,i loved the fish and fruit combination. Yet another 10 out of 10.Nice for eve meal when you can take time to enjoy it.

i love salads and it sounds great i shall make it. the only problem is for a salad it has alot of calories! 579:/ I don't know by eating things that high calorie will help me tone up and loose weight. any advice?
