Griddled prawns in pitta

Place 50g of king prawns in a bowl with 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Season with black pepper, mix and leave for 10 minutes. Then thread onto 2 skewers and place in a preheated griddle pan or under the grill until cooked through. Serve in 1 wholemeal pitta bread with salad.
