Grilled prawns & guacamole

Grilled prawns with pitta and guacamole

Thread 15 King size prawns onto skewers. Mix 2 tsp of olive oil with 1 tsp of honey and a squeeze of lemon juice. Brush the prawns with the honey mix and grill under a pre-heated grill, until cooked through, turning occasionally as you cook them. Warm 2 wholemeal pittas. Serve the prawns with the pitta breads, salad and 3 tbsp of guacamole.

Grilled prawns is lush!!

Went out to lunch today, and they had grilled prawns as a starter so I order it as a main with a side salad. Very nice. So I will definatley be trying this one.
