Grill 1 salmon steak until cooked through. While the salmon is cooking, drain 1 small can of mixed beans in water. Mix 1 tsp of olive oil with 1 tsp of wholegrain mustard, 1 tsp of clear honey, a splash of white wine vinegar and fresh parsley. Pour over the beans and mix well. Place a handful of watercress and baby spinach on a plate, add the beans and top with the salmon. Follow with a bowl of fruit salad topped with a 125g pot of Activia Fat-Free Raspberry Yogurt.

I love fish. I usually bake or steam salmon, but it was good to ring the changes and grill it...Substituted a salads for the beans but otherwise did as suggested. Delicious, thanks!

I usually have salmon steamed with a few slices of lemon but I will try grilling it for a change.
