Peel and chop 400g of potatoes and boil until cooked through. Drain and mash with 2 tbsp of red pesto and black pepper. While the potatoes are boiling, brush 2 tuna steaks with a little olive oil and grill until cooked through, and steam a selection of seasonal vegetables. Divide the mash between 2 plates and top with the tuna. Serve with the vegetables.

@Michelle Yes, many people are just used to Tuna from a can in a sandwich with sweetcorn or in a salad. A tuna steak is a great variation once in a while :)

Wow - I didn't expect this to taste so good! It's really delicious served with olives and sundried tomatoes and you can use green pesto too... some fresh basil on the top makes it look really appetising as well. *Susannah
