Ham, cheese and tomato melt, and Activia Rhubarb Yogurt for dessert

Cut 1 panini in half and fill with 2 sliced tomatoes, ⅓ small ball sliced reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, 1 slice lean ham, black pepper and fresh basil. Place in a sandwich toaster or a griddle pan grilled until the cheese melts and the outside is brown. Serve with mixed leaves and 1tbsp fat-free dressing. Plus 1 bowl of fruit salad topped with a 125g pot Activia Rhubarb Yogurt.

I loved this because I could take this to work and place it in a toastie bag, you must slice everything thinly though. Absolutely delicious and more than enough for lunch with salad and a yogurt pot.

Plan is easy to follow but does not give you the option to narrow food choices. For instance I don't like pasta and am allergic to nuts - otherwise good food choices.
