Ham, cheese and tomato melt, and Activia Rhubarb Yogurt for dessert

Cut 1 panini in half and fill with 2 sliced tomatoes, ⅓ small ball sliced reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, 1 slice lean ham, black pepper and fresh basil. Place in a sandwich toaster or a griddle pan grilled until the cheese melts and the outside is brown. Serve with mixed leaves and 1tbsp fat-free dressing. Plus 1 bowl of fruit salad topped with a 125g pot Activia Rhubarb Yogurt.

Had it again today, yummy!! Had it with edam cheese instead (I know more calories...) and turkey ham. Had blueberry flavour activia instead
