Laughing is incredibly good for you, releasing stress levels and topping up happiness levels. So, to spend time laughing, go to a comedy club or watch some comedy shows on TV or online. Some great sites are www.comedy.co.uk, and www.101funjokes.com so you can not only tell jokes but also hear a load more from other people in return.

There is nothing like haivng a laugh with friends or even at work. Some of the best days is a silly giggle in the day that just lightens a mood.
