Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Grease and line a 17cm square baking tin. Mash 1 large banana and mix with 4 tbsp of olive oil, 50g of light soft brown sugar, 25g of hazelnuts, 25g of chopped pecan nuts, 60g of mixed seeds and 100g of rolled oats. Turn the mixture into the tin and press down lightly. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Leave in the tin to cool then cut into 9 squares.

Very tasty. I don't like nuts or seeds so I replaced them with 110g of mixed dried fruit instead.

I absolutely love these flapjacks, they are quite filling which is great when you are trying to cut down. Delicious with a cup of tea or coffee.
