Healthy flapjack

Snack: Healthy flapjack

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Grease and line a 17cm square baking tin. Mash 1 large banana and mix with 4 tbsp of olive oil, 50g of light soft brown sugar, 25g of hazelnuts, 25g of chopped pecan nuts, 60g of mixed seeds and 100g of rolled oats. Turn the mixture into the tin and press down lightly. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Leave in the tin to cool then cut into 9 squares.

I was going to make these but when I went shopping, I found some flapjacks by the Fabulous Bakin Boys which had 9 in a box and each flapjack is just 129 calories. The berry ones are delicious.
