Grate 1 red onion and mix with 400g of extra-lean minced beef, 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 beaten egg and black pepper. Form into 4 burgers and chill for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil or steam 4 fresh corn-on-the-cobs until the corn kernels are soft. When ready to eat, barbecue or grill the burgers and the corn. The burgers should be cooked thoroughly until all the juices run clear. Put each burger into a wholemeal bap and top with 2 tsp tomato relish. Serve each burger with a corn-on-the-cob smothered with 1 tsp of low-fat spread, and salad.

Absolutely love this. It was easy to make and very tasty, I added some paprika to give it a smoky taste. Thinking of trying it with turkey mince next time for a healthier version.

Burgers are so quick and easy to make, I don't know why we often buy them ready made from the Supermarket. Corn-on-the cob is something I forget about and then when I try it again I absolutely love it! Will definitely be trying this recipe out.

Absolutely delicious burger recipe.... I added some chili to the mix to give the burgers an extra kick! Definitely needed an Activia snackpot for pudding to cool down my mouth ;)
