Cut 4 wholegrain baps in half and spread each one with 2 tbsp of tzatziki. Fill with the burgers and serve with salad and fat–free dressing. Glad you are all enjoying it! Burgers are so quick and easy to make, yet so many of us just buy them ready made (myself included!)...lamb and mint are a great combination!
