Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Cut 1 red and 1 green pepper into chunky strips and place on a baking sheet with 12 cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and roast for around 15 minutes until the peppers and tomatoes are soft and brown. Griddle or grill 2 lean sandwich steaks, according to how you like it cooked, then cut into strips. Mix 6 tbsp of low-fat soft cheese with horseradish sauce and lemon juice to taste. Warm 4 wraps and spread with the cream cheese mix. Then top with the steak strips and roasted peppers and cherry tomatoes. Wrap up and serve. Finish with 1 orange per person.
