Hummus with sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and rocket baguette

Halve a 15cm piece wholegrain baguette and spread over 4tbsp hummus. Chop 3 sun-dried tomatoes and sprinkle over the hummus. Top with 1tsp pine nuts and a handful of rocket. Plus 1 satsuma.

What is satsuma? A lot of calories for me, I am trying to stick with 1000kcal a day.

This is such a simple and yummy eat. I have tried with lemon and coriander hummus which works very well too.
