Top 1 wholemeal wrap with 4 level tbsp of hummus and spread to cover the wrap evenly. Top with 1 sliced roasted red pepper from a jar (choose those in brine rather than oil), 1 tbsp of pine nuts and a handful of rocket. Wrap up and serve. Follow with 1 chopped banana topped with a 125g pot of Activia Greek Style Summer Berries Yogurt.
