Keep a food diary

Juliette's nutrition tip : Keep a food diary

For one week, record every morsel that passes your lips and write down how you felt after eating it – for example, full, still hungry, uncomfortable, sluggish. Keeping a food diary will help you to build up a picture of your eating habits and how your feel after eating. Once you have an accurate picture of your eating habits, you'll find it easier to make changes to suit your appetite, waistline and digestive system. The TLC Plan from Activia can help because it allows you to record how you feel everyday.

Welcome aboard Maneet...I'm going to give this a go too! whenever I have written down my daily intake before it has helped me keep on track, with the added thoughts of how food makes you feel, I think this will be extra beneficial to all.

This is a great idea, it's the snacking in between meals that is usually my downfall. Keeping a good record for just a week will help me see where I'm going wrong. *Louise
