im a morning person so exercise then, but i do take half hr in the early evening for that extra workout

I find It really hard to stay motivated. The gym where i live is too expensive when your on a budget. Any ideas as to simple exercises i can work into my day?

definetly a morning person - not working today and this is the 1st day off since starting the plan - a little concerned that it will be difficult today to keep to the plan - so will pop into the website often to keep motivated
