Be clever about when you do things. For example if you're a morning person, make sure you do your exercise early in the day rather than the afternoon, if you're one of those people who experience the 'post lunch dip'. Play to your strengths rather than struggling thorough.

im a morning person so exercise then, but i do take half hr in the early evening for that extra workout

I find It really hard to stay motivated. The gym where i live is too expensive when your on a budget. Any ideas as to simple exercises i can work into my day?

definetly a morning person - not working today and this is the 1st day off since starting the plan - a little concerned that it will be difficult today to keep to the plan - so will pop into the website often to keep motivated
