i loved the soup though not a big soft cheese fan, any ideas what i could swap this for??

I love lentil soup and make a home made batch quite often. I sometimes have it with oatcakes and light cream cheese

This was a welcome Lunch after we had been for a nice long 5k walk along the seafront, on a very cold and blustery day.Very tasty and filling.Would highly recommend it for Students on a limited budget.
