Juliette's nutrition tip : Less choice, less temptation

Having less choice can help to stop you from over doing it. Here's how it works: imagine a buffet table full of sausage rolls. You'd soon get bored with the taste and so only eat a few. Now imagine a buffet table laden with 20 different dishes. You'd be tempted to try everything – and end up eating loads more! So remember: less choice means less temptation.

im not a chocolate, cake or sweets person and wen i do a buffet i do put healthy things out like carrot sticks salad pepper sticks etc... out too, it does help

I think this is particularly hard to do around the Festive Season! We are spoilt for choice at the moment!

I think this is a good theory, but at the moment I'm having big problems deciding what to eat all the time, so not sure if less choice WOULD help?, possibly NO choice would!
