im not a chocolate, cake or sweets person and wen i do a buffet i do put healthy things out like carrot sticks salad pepper sticks etc... out too, it does help

I think this is particularly hard to do around the Festive Season! We are spoilt for choice at the moment!

I think this is a good theory, but at the moment I'm having big problems deciding what to eat all the time, so not sure if less choice WOULD help?, possibly NO choice would!
