Lie on your back, knees bent, and raise feet so calves are parallel to the floor. Hold arms beside torso a few inches off the floor, palms down. Lift head and back so shoulders are level with your hands. Hold this position and quickly pump arms down and up (inhale for five pumps, exhale for five) for 100 arm pumps.
