Forget baggy t-shirts that hide your waist, there are some easy ways to accentuate any waist shape to have you looking great. Start by swapping shapeless clothing for form-fitting dresses, or skirts and trousers with a proper waistband that nip in closely at the waist and then hug your hips but fall loosely over your thighs. Tailored tops, skirts and trousers are also fantastic for accentuating your waist in the right way, and make sure the rest flares loosely over your thighs and calves. Show off your waist, don't hide it!
To find out about what looks right for your colouring, check out the tips below, but for more details check out this website that shows you how to choose flattering colours: www.ehow.com/how3249choose-colors-flatter.html.
If you have a very fair skin and blond, light brown or red hair you could combine: black and white, chocolate-colour and red, chocolate and khaki, gray and black.
If you have a fair skin and dark hair try: maroon and yellow, blue and beige, beige and white.
If you have a darker skin and dark hair try: pink and orange, green and beige, red and grey, red and black. Also, it can be useful to just ask a friend. An outsider's view is always helpful.
If you can't face an endless diet of lettuce leaves and a boring treadmill to get you feeling fit and healthy for the party season, the TLC Plan from Activia is for you.
