Maple pork with new potatoes

Mix 2 tsp of maple syrup with 1 tsp of wholegrain mustard and 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Add a 100g lean pork loin steak and coat well. Grill under a preheated grill for around 8 minutes on each side until cooked through. While the pork is grilling, boil 200g of new potatoes in their skins and steam 1 sliced carrot and a large handful of broccoli florets. Serve the pork with the new potatoes, vegetables and any pan juices. Follow with a bowl of fruit salad topped with a 125g of pot Activia Greek Style Summer Berries Yogurt.
